Thank you, Jeff, for sharing your experience. I completely resonate with your journey of finding focus and intentional living. Giving up scrolling social media and watching the news have been game-changers for me, swapping them with more time in the Word. Feeling so much better mentally and emotionally because of it. Thank you for the reminder to live in focus and prioritise what truly matters.
Thank you for that. Hopefully we can all help each other in this. Time in the Word is a key factor. Is there anything else you do with the time you got back when you gave those things up?
I like this new daily focus of your publication. For most of my life I lived in survival mode. If I could just get through the day, I felt accomplished. Now with God, I no longer have to survive on my own steam, but I'm still learning how to focus.
Love this post! My life changed 180 degrees when I realized that for myself and started implementing that. Have I had hard days since? Yes. Have I had stressful days? Yes. But there has ALWAYS been a certain level of fulfillment, joy, and content. Excited to read tomorrow’s post, but for me, focus has been going all in on the things God asked me to do or put in front of my feet or blessed me with.

I definitely know the feeling. I pray we can all grow in this. There is so much possibility when we take control of our time.
